Jonny's answer to that question turned into something remarkable. Starting out by importing bar blades from America and selling them on eBay, he quickly discovered there was serious demand — orders coming in from as far as Australia, hours spent queuing at the post office, and a growing realisation that nobody in the UK was doing this properly. BarBlades was born from that gap in the market, and Jonny built it into one of the most recognised names in professional bar equipment. From a stand at the Bar Show 2009 — so busy they had to restock twice in a single day — to supplying the world's largest drinks companies with thousands of units, and holding exclusive European rights for Hand Jive bar blades, BarBlades became the go-to destination for bartenders who care about quality.

In April 2026, BarBlades.com was acquired by And Serve Limited, a Liverpool-based hospitality specialists with deep roots in the bar and restaurant industry. We've taken on the brand because we believe in what Jonny built — a straightforward promise that whether you need one blade or one million, you get the best product, made to the highest quality.

The range has grown beyond bar blades to include mixing tins, muddlers, jiggers, strainers, pourers, and everything else a serious bartender needs behind the stick. Same commitment, same standards — now with the resources and expertise of And Serve behind it.
